Red Roof Inn Port Allen

Location is perfect for my purpose. The front desk staff was very accommodating even though i was probably making the process difficult. That was because i wanted a certain side of the building for parking reasons. The rooms were very clean and comfortable. Perfect size for the room i reserved. I am not aware if they had breakfast options.

Me and my friends missed the actual location of this RedRoof. I hope RedRoof will think of a way or ways how to easily locate it. One of my friends who stayed the same date with me said, "that the toilet was not flushing and their room smells bad , she and her family members were not able to sleep the first night. She didn't brought her concerns to the manager on duty, Prince Patel, and she decided to book another room accommodations at another company. I spoke to Prince and brought up her concerns as well as mine and Prince did everything he can, above and beyond service, to help me. Keep up your good work, Prince. Prince told me that there was an incident that happened that's why my friend had an unpleasant stay with RedRoof. Redroof team was quick to fix the problem.

I loved that it was pet friendly and affordable. There were no added charges for bringing my dog with me. The staff there were great and the room was perfect. I was surprised by how comfortable the bed was. Both parking lots were very well lit up and the location to the interstate was perfect. A little tricky figuring out the entrance at night after driving 20 hours (same entrance as the closed Shoney's) but other than that it was great.

the room was cozy and didn't feel like a hotel room, very beautiful and gaint pool...

I give them a tin everything was nice sweet lovely room clean.
